Using this website
This website presents Jose Alvarez’s tattoo work and allows you to request a consultation. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit information.
Consultations and appointments
Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment, price, or acceptance of a tattoo project. Scheduling, design, pricing, deposits, cancellations, and any other booking conditions must be agreed separately before booking.
Age and information you provide
Tattoo consultation requests require confirmation that you are at least 18. Provide accurate contact information and submit only reference materials you have permission to share. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
Contact and text messages
The homepage consultation form authorizes email follow-up about your request, not calls or texts. If you separately opt in to text messages through the chat widget or another clearly disclosed method, the disclosures shown there apply. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Consent to promotional texts is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
Artwork and website content
Artwork, photographs, and other website content may be protected by intellectual property rights. Viewing the portfolio does not grant permission to copy, reproduce, or commercially use that content. You retain your rights in materials you submit and permit their use to review and respond to your request.
Third-party services and availability
The website uses third-party services for hosting, media, chat, and lead handling. Their applicable terms may also govern their services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the website; nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
